Agreement to terms
By using this website or requesting service from Mega Lock And Key LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these terms.
About us
Mega Lock And Key LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured mobile locksmith (Maryland Locksmith License #394) providing automotive, lockout, residential, and commercial locksmith services.
Estimates and pricing
Pricing is quoted by phone or in person based on the specific job: service type, location, and hardware involved. An estimate given before a technician arrives is confirmed once the job is assessed on-site, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due when service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Scheduling and cancellation
Scheduled appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by calling 410-560-5940. Please let us know as early as you can. Lockout service is subject to technician availability at the time of the call.
Identity verification
For lockouts, rekeys, and car key replacement, we ask for identification and reasonable proof of residence, business authority, or vehicle ownership before performing work. We may decline a job if ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms for parts and labor are discussed at the time of service. Hardware manufacturer warranties, where they apply, are separate from and in addition to our workmanship warranty.
Limitation of liability
Mega Lock And Key LLC carries liability insurance for the services we provide. To the extent permitted by Maryland law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, locks, or vehicles disclosed before service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage directly caused by our negligence.
